What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a way of being in the world. It is awareness of the present moment with acceptance and curiosity, while suspending judgment of that experience.
Not only can mindfulness be experienced, it can also be applied by remembering to be aware -- this helps us to see that mindfulness is much more of an action than a thing.
When we talk about awareness in this context we are talking about awareness of the present moment as it unfolds.
