This Mindfulness Meditation incorporates the labeling of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. With 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes of silence and guidance to close, this is useful in helping to lengthen the silent practice on your own.

The final two audio practices contain an internal bell to mark the halfway point of each silent period.
