No matter where you find yourself, there is great benefit in allowing yourself the time and space to express and reflect.

As you begin the practice of writing, consider the following steps: 

  • Set aside any distractions. Feel free to listen to music.
  • Choose a mode of creative expression: write, draw, play an instrument, etc.
  • Once you have chosen an activity, choose a length of timer below to begin.
  • Press play when you're ready.
  • The timer will begin and end with the sound of the bell.
