Ascension Mission

Ever-Present God, 

You are our Faithful Companion providing Your loving care and presence for each of us along life’s journey. We come to You in prayer asking for Your special blessings of wisdom, compassion, courage and strength as we serve together in our local communities, our nation, and our world community addressing the uncertainties and challenges that have come with the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Guide our civic and world leaders, our healthcare leaders and clinicians, our local, national, and world citizens with the knowledge, skills, and cooperation needed to provide for the health and well-being of all people. Help us to bring healing and restore the health of those who have been affected and are suffering from this virus. Let Your hand of protection and loving care be upon all healthcare workers, public safety workers, and elected leaders as we continue to serve the needs of all Your people. We trust in Your guiding presence and protection with us each day.
