Here are some of the ways you can develop yourself and your team using the wisdom of the Enneagram

In Ascension we hold that each person is made in the image and likeness of God and we facilitate the Enneagram holding this as a fundamental truth.

Human dignity

We value the inherent value of each individual simply by virtue of their existence as a human being.

We explain the strengths and challenges of each Enneagram type with a focus on compassion for self and others.

Common good

Human life finds its fulfillment in and through relationships.

We don’t just look at the Enneagram type of the individual but also look at the Enneagram Team Map which shows the Enneagram makeup of our team at a communal level.

Justice

Justice means giving all persons what is due or owed to them in accord with their inherent dignity as people created in the image and likeness of God.

Each Enneagram type has a unique way of contributing, communicating and receiving praise and feedback. We honor these needs in our facilitation of the Enneagram.
