  • What is Culture Connection?

    Culture Connection is an in-person gathering of remote associates. Our purpose is to build and deepen our shared organizational culture and spirituality.

  • What is Ministry Formation? Is Formation for me?

    Ministry Formation is one of the centers of excellence (CoEs) within Ascension’s Mission Integration department. Formation is an ongoing transformative process, or put another way, it is reflection on identity, in community, over time. Formation draws from our own lived experience; it is open to and meaningful for persons from all backgrounds.

  • What Should I Expect at Culture Connection: St. Louis? What if I Don’t Know Anyone?

    You will be welcomed by your facilitator as soon as you arrive and will be guided through group introductions and the formative experience. There will be opportunities for reflection, journaling, small and large-group discussion. Attendees will be invited to participate at their own comfort level.

    We anticipate that you will be meeting new colleagues at Culture Connection: St. Louis. To this end, extra attention is being given to creating a hospitable environment for all participants.

  • Can I Attend More than One Session?

    Yes, please! You are welcome to sign up for multiple sessions on one day or over the two days each month.

    You may also reserve flex space at Edmundson to work remotely in the office and attend sessions throughout the day. To book your space, please create a Google calendar event and click on “Rooms.” Type Edmundson and you will see offices and workstations that are available during your selected time.
