Q: Can Mindfulness help me get better sleep?
A: Mindfulness can affect your response to pain by changing our relationship with the sensation of pain.
In the video below learn more about how Mindfulness might help you get better sleep
There are two types of Insomnia?
Primary Insomnia means your sleep condition is caused by your mind, your environment or even a change in sleep schedule.
Secondary Insomnia is rooted in an underlying health condition.
Obviously, Mindfulness cannot help with all cases of Insomnia but Mindfulness paired with some simple sleep hygiene tips may be able to benefit those suffering from sleep disturbance.
