You're staring at the numbers on your automated blood pressure machine ...

"This thing can't be right!"

  • You are following the advice of your doctor:

  • Taking your medicine

  • Watching your sodium intake

  • You've even lost a few pounds

  • And yet, your blood pressure has started to rise again.

Why is this happening?

  • Humans are resilient

We repeatedly take on “one more thing” without showing signs of major stress.

When we are too adaptive, the stress can continue without us noticing until it's too late!

  • We ignore our inner life

With all that is going on outside of you, it is so easy to ignore what is going on inside of you.

This means we walk around unaware of the physical and mental toll stress can take.

What can we do about it?

Right now you have the power within your own body and mind to take control of your mental and physical health, all through practices that are safe, simple and scientifically validated.

Integrative medicine physician, Dr. Phaythoune Chothmounethinh explains some of the benefits of Mindfulness in the video below.
