Explains some of the benefits of Mindfulness

How do you begin a meditation practice?

  • Set your Intention

Start by setting your intention to pay attention. This is often the missing piece when people attempt a meditation practice

    It only takes a moment

  • Pay attention to the breath

Watch the rise and the fall of the breath as if we were watching someone else breathe.

This breath is our anchor of attention.

  • No experience necessary

Many people avoid meditation because they think they are not "good" at it.

It is best to start with a beginner's mind.
